1-Year Damage Protection

1-year limited warranty on all jewelry products purchased directly from our official store. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and breakage under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Included

• Free replacement of the same or equivalent product one time only if the item breaks under normal use within the warranty period.

• If the exact item is unavailable, a product of equal value will be provided.

What’s Not Included
This warranty does not cover:

• Loss, theft, or damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, tarnishing, etc.).

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

How to Claim
To request a warranty replacement, please contact us. Proof of purchase is required. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
